Soup / Apetizer

Jukut be Pasih Bawang Jaheis a Balinese fish soup flavored with garlic, ginger, and aromatic herbs for a light, warming taste.

Kalas Kacang with Chicken is a Balinese dish of chicken cooked in a creamy spiced coconut gravy with peanuts, creating a rich, savory, slightly sweet flavor.

Maincourse

Satay Lilit Ayam is a Balinese chicken satay made from minced chicken mixed with spices and coconut, wrapped around skewers, then grilled for a fragrant,with Sambal Matah / Peanut sauce

Pepes Ikan is seasoned fish wrapped in banana leaves and steamed or grilled for a fragrant, flavorful dish with Sambal matah.

Tum Be Pasih is a steamed, banana-leaf–wrapped dish of seasoned minced fish with herbs and spices with Sambal matah.

Sereh Coco Chicken Curry is a fragrant curry made with chicken simmered in creamy coconut milk, infused with lemongrass, garlic, and spices for a rich, aromatic flavor.

Temple Manis is a simple, flavorful dish where tempeh (a traditional Indonesian fermented soybean cake) is sliced thin, fried until crispy or golden, then stir-fried with a sweet soy sauce mixture.

Dessert

Klepon is an Indonesian sweet made from chewy glutinous rice balls filled with melted palm sugar and coated in grated coconut. It’s fragrant with pandan and bursts with sweetness when bitten.

Dadar Gulung Classic indonesian dessert, often enjoyed as sweet snack or part of traditional tea time treat. It is green rolled pancake filled with sweet coconut and palm sugar, the green color from pandan leaves or pandan extract.

Pisang Goreng is Indonesian fried bananas, crispy outside and soft inside, often enjoyed as a Dessert or snack.
